Gimme an Arch !

Tasting Notes
• Appearance and Color: Clear cherry-mahogany red, dense and lacy
head lasts all the way down.

• Aroma: Bold citrus, (hint of tangerine), almond and pine. Mild but
detectable malt- nose.

• Flavor and Mouthfeel: Cream up front. With first big sip, the thirst-
quenching hop flavors race      from the front
of the palate to the molars, and back. A hint of complex malt flows
through in a second wave, but without
sweetness. The best of the big West Coast hop-monster craft brews
meets the more delicate, traditional British
Isles IPAs.

• Body: Smooth, drinkable, and on the lighter side.

• Aftertaste: A crisp and fleeting reiteration of the hop aroma,
refreshingly smooth, fancy and draft-like.

Applications
Great on its own, but with plenty of depth, body and backbone to
accompany a fine meal. Arch IPA complements a wide variety of
great food, from a Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner to a perfectly-
prepared ham steak caramelized on the grill. Unbelievable with
mild Bratwurst, or spicy Sausage and Peppers. Tastes great ice-cold
and straight from the bottle or in a glass that really focuses on its
hoppy nose (It is called “Hoppinator”) - even better when
acclimated to 45o to 50o where this beer really steps forward to join
the world’s best renditions of this classic style.

Recipe Notes
Soft and pure New England water, appropriate for an American IPA
style, complements the malt and hop ingredients drawn from the
best products of England, Germany and the Pacific Northwestern U.
S. The malt bill includes English 2-row Pale Ale Barley Malt, English
Crystal Malt, German Munich Malt, and Chocolate Barley Malt.
Hops feature Nugget and Willamette. The famous lively Ringwood
culture, (a top-fermenting “ale” yeast), ferments the beer.
